Welcome to IndoPass. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our immigration and visa services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may hold only one active account.

3. Services & Applications

• IndoPass provides facilitation services for immigration and visa processing — we do not issue visas or permits directly.
• Processing times are estimates and depend on the relevant government authority.
• Service fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced, unless otherwise stated.
• Users must provide truthful and accurate supporting documents for each application.
• IndoPass is not liable for application rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the User.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Service fees are displayed clearly before you confirm an application.
• Installment options, where available, are subject to eligibility and terms.
• Government fees paid on your behalf are separate from IndoPass service fees.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing has started.
• Refunds for cancelled applications will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• No refunds are issued for applications already submitted to the relevant authority.
• Government fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful immigration activity.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent or exploit the Platform's security systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndoPass shall not be liable for delays or rejections caused by government authorities, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by the User. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for that specific application.

8. Changes to Terms

IndoPass reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
